This weekend I had to look in my wonderful old book again, with all the b/w photos and do some drawings. I´d like to develop this side more, as a contrast to all the child-products (which I love) I´ve been working on lately. That´s why I did all the portraits last year.
And two that never took part of the exhibition. They keep me company in my studio.

I went to one of my best friends who lives in Sigtuna, a very picturesque town north of Stockholm, this weekend. She´s a real esthete and it´s wonderful to be in their house.
We have pretty much the same taste (her´s a bit more exclusive than mine) and she always appreciate the second hand things I buy to her. Here are some examples. We could never go on a flea market trip together (as I´ve been writing about before) because we would go for the same stuff.
And she has my portraits on the wall.
I spent New Years Eve at one of my best friends place. She has always bought something from me when I´ve had exhibitions. The first one was in -96 where I had paintings I did after a trip to Nice (the painting with the three men), the second exhibition was in -06 when I did 16 posters on an italian theme (she bought these two ones) and the third one was this October when I had the exhibition with all the german actors when she bought 16 portraits. She´s my ”maecenas”!
