Sending away a portrait book. Eating candy. The figures in the studio window (that needs to be cleaned) looks a bit like candy colour-wise.
When I send away my book to a buyer I alway choose a portrait from inside and make a little drawing on the package. This is an actress I sent away today:-)
In this issue of Family Living they have made an interior design coverage at my neighbours Åsa and Oscars´ house. They have an extra ordinary taste and everything is just so well thought-out. Nevertheless they have a small portrait that I´v made. Feels good.
Before the puppy arrived two weeks ago I cleaned out the garden and under the stairs outside I found my Spanish stoneface. When I was young I loved to make small portraits with stones (sounds a bit kitschy I know). I found many small nose-stones in Nice and had to pay a big fee for overweight when I flew home. Anyway, two years ago I was in Spain and suddenly I saw noses everywhere on the beach. So I made a new one. And maybe he looks a bit like Salvador Dali because I went to see where he lived in Figuera when I was there.
And isn´t Primus, the puppy, cute?
