Yesterday I finally found my little baby cap in a store in the city.
Patterns
I love mail esthetics. I love getting envelopes/packages with stamps and labels. When I was a child I had a post office kit and loved it. And I was a member in a stamp society. A bit geeky, I know. A couple of years ago I designed a stamp collecting-start kit for children and a stamp album for the Swedish Post (see above). That was fun. And I´m glad I saved my own stamp collection. Aren´t these stamps at the bottom wonderful? The illustrations are from an old french children´s book.
I didn´t know that the KappAhl-pattern also was printed on a little cap but I saw it on Annika´s lovely blog, Virkverket.

I´m in the middle of an intens working period and as I´ve said before, it´s always at these moments I get ideas for other stuff I would like to do as well. I get very inspired by autumn and its colours and want to do differnet patterns but right now I just can´t spend time on own projects. So here´s an oldie in the meantime.
I know I have showed this pattern before but I just saw it in this mail-shot from KappAhl and it´s so fun to see it on someone else and not only on my kids.
