Today I went to a small fleamarket in Kärrtorp (near where I live) and found some really nice things. I love the illustrations by Åke Lewert in the book Nu ska vi läsa.
And here comes a really good tip: Next Saturday there we be a BIG fleamarket in Kärrtorp Centrum. Read more here.

But this was something special, it is cartoons by Saul Steinberg who was a brilliant drawer. More images here.
As you may have noticed I haven´t really started working yet. I´m just popping into my studio half an hour now and then. The 10 week summer holidays ends in the middle of next week and I feel that the whole family looks forward to it.

…out to the countryside for this season maybe. We always think that we will go out there late summer weekends, but suddenly it its October and the food has rotten in the fridge. But now the sun shines so see you next week:-).

Sam Squirrel goes to the city – another nice old book my neighbour has bought me on a fleamarket. Which is exactly what I´ve done today. We took the ferry back to the city this morning because now we´ve had enough of the countryside. It´s pouring down.
