We´re cleaning out the cellar and there I have many reference copies of books I´ve illustrated. Here is one I did five years ago.

I´m working on a b/w children´s book (9-11 year-old) for Rabén & Sjögren that my husband has written. It takes place in a suburb so I´ve been out taking photos and will do it in a collage style. It´s differnet from how I usually work so it´s quite a challenge but I think it will fit the target group.
When I send away my book to a buyer I alway choose a portrait from inside and make a little drawing on the package. This is an actress I sent away today:-)
Tomorrow there will be a flea market near where I live, at Vårflodsparken in Enskede (tube station Sockenplan). It starts at 13.00 and me and the boys are going through their rooms right now to see what we can sell. You can´t keep everything but it´s going to be hard to give up on this old farm and the ABC-thing where you put small animals in pockets. And I hope to get rid of some of my own children´s books that I have many reference copies of. I have a lot of my cut-out games aswell so welcome.
Yesterday I went to the theatre and saw Scener ur ett äktenskap, a new version of an old Bergman drama. It was really good. When I have a meet I´m always too early so that´s why I always have time to go to different second hand shops and antiquarian bookshops. Yesterday I had time to visit one and saw two of my own books that I did 10-12 years ago. I think that people that are late are a bit cooler than I am so sometimes I try to be late. Five minutes is my record:-)
